• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company website.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS and CMS platforms is a plus.
• Digital Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
