Job Title: HR Digital Senior Associate - Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure UK Payroll & Final Settlement is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner by review and approval of payroll input and output reports, payroll and third party payments and review of payroll journals and reconciliations
• This position will be incremental in developing processes and procedures for UK FS& Payroll operations and to drive automation.
• Plan, coordinates and manages UK FS & payroll and ensure that payroll cycles and deadlines are adhered to; statutory withholdings and/or employer contributions (e.g. pensions, insurance, etc) are filed & paid timely; annual income tax filings(P60, P11d and P45) are completed within the statutory deadlines.
• Keep abreast with payroll regulatory changes in UK; identify, analyze, and highlight tax, legal and/or social considerations (including complex issues such as stock based compensation) resulting from any such changes and/or from staff transfers, international assignments, severance, terminations, new payroll policies or processes; and work with Corporate Legal, Tax, HR and 3rd party payroll vendors to ensure resolution.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
• The position will work closely with the Accounting, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Stock admin, Tax and senior members of headquarters and international locations, including managing third party relations.
• Prepare reporting, analyze fluctuations and provide explanations.
• Ensure compliance and controllership risks are 100% mitigated.
• Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.
Essential Qualification & Skills:
• Any UG/PG Degree with 7 to + years of "UK Payroll" experience
