Job Description
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR digitization strategies and roadmaps Collaborate with HR teams to streamline and automate HR processes using digital tools and technologies Identify and evaluate emerging HR technologies and trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Lead and manage HR digitization projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to HR staff on digital tools and technologies Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR digital systems and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in HR digitization efforts Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate and optimize HR systems and platforms Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative approaches in HR digitization Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and digital transformation Behavioral Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Certifications:- Preferred certifications in HR technology or digital transformation Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Oracle HCM or similar HR management systems Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools Familiarity with HR process automation tools and workflow management systems Understanding of data privacy and security regulations in HR digitization Experience in integrating HR systems with other enterprise applications Location:- Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
