We are a software development company based in Osaka, Japan. We are expanding into India and are looking to hire 1 position of HR Director.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Min 6 years of human resource management experience in MNC or Financial Sectors
- Needs to do capability analysis of the organization and map out all positions required
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
