We are seeking a seasoned Logistics HR Manager to join our organization in India.
• This key role involves leading hiring efforts for critical mid–senior roles across the country.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to National Sales & Regional Ops leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit and lead hiring managers for critical mid-senior roles across India.
• Manage Performance Management & talent development initiatives.
• Develop strategies to boost engagement & retention in remote and branch locations.
• Drive attendance governance + payroll accuracy.
• Lead HR digitization & standardization projects.
Requirements:
• 7–12 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Experience handling PAN India workforce (Sales + Branch + Operations).
• Strong grasp on statutory compliance, attendance & payroll operations.
• Experience with HRMS, PMS & HR digitization initiatives.
• Ability to confidently utilize data, insights & conversations that matter.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel regularly to key regions
