Roles and Responsibilities Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.Handling preparation of HR Related correspondences.Resolving Current & Ex-employee queries on time.Updating and sending weekly MIS Reports.Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining.Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities. Desired Candidate Profile Freshers or 1-2 years of recruiting experienceGood verbal & written skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge on applicant tracking and HRISProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenuesShould be flexible for traveling for Campus drives, Job fairs and all.Ability to source different kind of requirements through various portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc.Good in Calling, Pouching, Scheduling of candidates.Solid interviewing skills.
