Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating training and placement activities while managing operational tasks related to student engagement and process tracking. Your key responsibilities will include:
Placement & Coordination
Coordinate with students for placement activities and drive end-to-end placement processes.
Manage interview scheduling, company coordination, and communication follow-ups.
Handle all placement-related documentation and communication professionally.
Placement Tools & Tracking (H)
Maintain and update placement tracking tools (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
Track student progress and status throughout the placement cycle.
Job Openings Sourcing (H)
Proactively source and update job openings through portals, LinkedIn, and company tie-ups.
Share relevant openings with students based on their skills and interests.
Fee Collection
Manage student fee records and coordinate follow-ups for pending payments.
Ensure accurate fee documentation and receipts.
Batch Creation & Management
Create new training batches based on course and availability.
Coordinate with faculty and students for smooth batch functioning.
Attendance Management (H)
Maintain student attendance records and report irregularities.
Use digital tools for daily tracking and reporting.
Certificate Handling (H)
Coordinate and distribute course completion certificates to eligible students.
Ensure proper record maintenance for all issued certificates.
Student Discipline Management (H)
Monitor and address any discipline-related issues among students.
Enforce institutional guidelines respectfully and effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,382.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
