Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about HR operations and have a keen interest in supporting recruitment, payroll, manpower management, and general HR functions—preferably within the healthcare or non-IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Post job openings on various portals and maintain candidate databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule final rounds.
2. Payroll & Attendance
• Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
• Track and maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Ensure timely submission of salary inputs and handle basic payroll queries.
• Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
3. Manpower & Employee Management
• Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Coordinate internal transfers and maintain manpower allocation records.
• Handle routine employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
4. General HR Administration
• Draft HR letters: offer, appointment, increment, warning, etc.
• Assist in performance review coordination and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR reports, MIS, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree Preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in core HR functions (preferably in healthcare or non-IT domains).
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and basic HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to professionalism.
