Designation: HR Executive
Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Kandivali West
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience :2–3 years HR
Graduate (HR preferred)
• NGO experience helpful but not mandatory

Role Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll support, employee engagement, insurance, staff support and administrative HR functions.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
• Handle full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Issue offer letter, appointment letter & joining formalities
• Manage employee confirmations, probation and agreements
