Job Title: HR Executive
1) Brief About the Position / Responsibilities The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, attendance management, and coordination with internal teams. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and supports the organization’s people related processes.
2) Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
Oversee attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports
Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
Assist in preparing HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Relieving, etc.)
Coordinate trainings, performance reviews, and appraisals
Manage exit formalities and documentation
3) Reporting and Team

Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR
Team: Part of the central HR team
4) Work Location & Language Spoken

Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai
Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi preferred
5) Skill Set Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Knowledge of HRMS or attendance software (added advantage)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information
6) Grade & Salary

Grade: Executive Level
Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per annum
7) Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
8) KPI/KRA

Number of successful closures within defined timelines
Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation and reports
Employee onboarding experience and process adherence
Attendance & leave data accuracy
Employee engagement activities conducted
