Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
Ensure smooth onboarding process including documentation
Manage exit formalities, including exit interviews and clearance
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Organize engagement activities, events, and programs
Promote a positive and healthy workplace culture
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records (digital and physical)
Handle attendance and leave management systems
Support performance appraisal processes
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing
Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime
Ensure accuracy in salary inputs and deductions
6. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in policy development and implementation
Maintain statutory records and documentation
7. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate sessions
Maintain training records and feedback
Support learning and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience
1–4 years of experience in HR or related role
Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply (optional)
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Recruitment and interviewing skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
