Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruiting professionals for IT profiles such as Asp.net, Java Developer, Software Testing,
System Engineer,PHP Developer, Tech Lead, Business analyst , Oracle Technical
Consultant, Digital marketing expert, System Administrator and many more.
Handling Junior, Middle & Senior level end to end recruitment cycle from screening to
mobilization of candidates.
Source professionals through different portals, such as
Naukri.com,Monster.com,Shine.com, build professional networks by being connected.
Offer permanent/third party/contract career opportunities available with my clients to
prospective candidates.
Complete the Documentation formalities and joining formalities.Maintaining & updating
data & reports on all recruitment related activities.
Facilitate E- short listing and E interviews ( Via Skype, WebEx, Teams Etc).Preparing Offer and Appointment letter of selected employees.Run recruitment campaigns which entail advertising internally and externally, short listing,
telephonic interviews, running assessment centers, holding final interviews, negotiations
on salaries and offering employment contracts in compliance with the company’s policies
and procedures.
Conducting Employee Engagement activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
