An HR Recruiter/Executive's performance can be evaluated by keeping the following KRAs in mind:
1. Talent Acquisition
2. HR Operations and Administrative Work
1. Talent Acquisition -
• This involves recruitment and selection as per the
• hiring SOP for different positions as per requirement.
• Sourcing candidates for open positions using different portals and social media sites
• Closing the open positions within the given TAT.
• Updating Recruitment Section on LMS on a daily basis
2. HR Operations and Administrative Work -
• This involves assisting the HRBP in day to day HR operational and administrative work.
• Handling the joining and on-boarding formalities and ensuring the complete documentation work for new employees.
• Helping in day to day operational and administrative tasks of the HR Department.
• Addressing and escalating the grievances on agent level to Senior HRs.
• Coordinating for employee engagement activities, events and R&R
