Position: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
• Source potential candidates from various online Portals & employee referrals.
• Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
