Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Should have strong recruitment experience for hiring IT / Non-IT positions.
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants. IT/ Software recruitment experience is mandatory for positions such as Software developer, Sr. Software developer, Web Developer, UI/ UX Developer etc.
• Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates issue them.
• Collect documents from employees as per the standard checklist.
• Maintain the personal files of the positions mentioned and update them regularly.
• Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
• Ensure that the induction plan is signed off and filed in the personal file of all employees.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, and tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
• Calculating leave and attendance of employees on monthly basis. Assisting in payroll by providing the Accounts department with relevant employee information and updating the same in the App.
• Conduct Exit Formalities of employees and ensure the full and final settlement is done.
• Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
• Post-Graduation / Diploma or MBA in Human Resource Management
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Leave & Attendance, Employee Engagement programs and other HR-related tasks.
• A career in IT, Software & marine Industry will be an asset.
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization
