Job responsibility
• Responsible for human resource activities like Recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, training and development, talent management etc.
• Support the assigned function in ensuring the manpower needs are support by way of timely hiring.
• Review applications/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Interview job applicants screening them as per organization requirement.
• Play an active role in initiating process improvements policy formulation
• Prepare and maintain Organization chart, job descriptions, job evaluation systems all MISs pertaining to employee life cycle
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Be part of cross functional teams to plan execute HR related projects.
• Assist in conducting the Induction programs for PAN India employees
