As a Junior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various tasks related to talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, search CV on Naukri or other portal, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting new employee orientations.
Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and providing information to employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
Assist in performance management activities, including preparing performance appraisal documents, tracking performance reviews, and assisting with feedback sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior work experience in an HR at least for 2 to 3 years in company or consultancy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
