Job Description
Job details: five days per week, 1 pm to 10:30 p.m.
Salary: 15k to 25k, Sector 10 in Noida as the job location
Responsibilities are:
Manage the complete hiring procedure for a variety of open roles, helping managers to find, choose, and retain talented candidates.
Create high-touch interactions by using a database of qualified people to draw from as positions open up.
In partnership with the hiring team and top managers, develop cutting-edge recruitment tactics and put them into practise.
To find eligible candidates and post job announcements and descriptions, keep an active presence on job boards, social media, and other channels.
Maintain strong connections with clients and provide the right candidate in line with their requirements.
By recruiting individuals using a variety of search strategies, you may build a solid prospect pipeline.
Candidates are screened via phone interviews and CV evaluations.
Knowledge and qualifications required:
A minimum of one year's expertise in recruiting or human resources
Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft
Knowledge of computers and job boards.
A track record of success doing in-person, on-camera, over the phone, and over email interviews.
Equivalent of a bachelor's degree
Ability to manage time
Proficiency in developing recruitment methods
