Roles & Responsibilities:
Suitable candidate should be well versed in all aspect of HR / Human Resources
Well versed with appliable current laws / regulation.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Monitoring HR Department.
Maintaining employees records etc
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Liaison between employees and employers
