Maintain Master Data of HR

Employees personal files management.

Complete induction process for new joiners. Conducting session on HR policies and procedures.

Preparation of salary sheet for Employee and Labour wage Register.

Sending Salary and Labour Salary sheet to consultant for preparation of Challan.

Issuing Salary slips

Clearing the Statutory issues related to staff.

Co-ordination with admin head for meeting arrangement and Festival Celebration.

Strong Knowledge on Labour Compliances, PF/ESIC,MLWF, etc
