Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operations.
2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
3. Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
4. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
5. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
6. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
7. Continuous liaison with owning company pertaining to all labor-related compliance.
8. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
+. Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
10. Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
11. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
12. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
13. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
14. Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
15. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
16. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
17. Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
18. Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
1+. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
20. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
21. Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Requirement:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
2. Aptitude for a problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
4. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or a related field
5. Proven Experience working in the Hospitality Field or in any Hotels ,resorts or Resturants.
6. Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
