Job Title: HR/ Sr HR Executive
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Job Description
1. Responsible for the end to end domestic and International Recruitment
2. Sourcing potential candidates from job portals, social media, professional platform and references
3. Execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
4. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
5. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
6. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
7. Developing and implementing HR strategies
8. Time to time preparation and updation of Service Rules
+. Developing and maintaining a human resources system that meets top management information needs
10. Nurturing a positive working environment
11. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
12. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
13. Onboarding of new Employees, their Joining formalities including maintaining of the Personnel file, bank account opening and statutory requirements of new joinees
14. Doing Employment Verification of new Joinees
15. Roles involves 80% recruitment
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
