We are looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Executive with a professional outlook and attitude. The Human Resource Executive will assist the HR Manager in leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The HR Executive MUST HAVE EXCELLENT and IN-DEPTH knowledge and experience of the processes of online recruitment portals like Naukri.com, Indeed etc.
The HR Executive will perform all personnel-related administrative tasks as per directions of the HR Manager. The HR Executive will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.
The HR Executive should be experienced and proficient in managing the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for different professional roles through online portals.
The HR Executive will be required to collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings and prepare the Job Descriptions for publication in newspapers/online portals.
Responsibilities
• Prepare JDs for various professional openings/vacancies, publish the same in newspapers/online portals.
• Obtain CVs and data of applicants for vacancies in the company from the online portals, scrutinize and shortlist CVs and arrange interviews of applicants
• Track and manage the recruitment processes till onboarding of selected applicants
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Assist the HR Manager to prepare all mandatory compliances
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Collaborate with Recruiters to post job ads on careers pages/online portals and process incoming resumes
• Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
