Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, utilizing both traditional and innovative recruitment methods.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for final selection.
Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation.
Conduct orientation sessions, providing new employees with information on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth exit transitions.
HR Operations and Compliance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and leave records.
Administer HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR procedures and guidelines specific to the hospitality industry.
Support payroll administration, benefits management, and attendance tracking.
Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Promote positive employee relations by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and providing support where needed.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
