Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make hiring recommendations.
Coordinate and conduct background checks and employment references.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Assist in developing and implementing employee retention strategies.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate the annual performance review process.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Participate in salary surveys to ensure the organization's pay practices remain competitive.
Support the annual salary review and bonus processes.
Educate employees on the organization's benefits packages and policies.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Track and monitor employee training records.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
