Looking for HR Executive excited to contribute in Company building with Great Talent Acquisition & Culture Building Skills, capable in taking employer branding initiatives. Who would love to be the part for small team & making it big in next couple of years.
Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition Management: Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Candidate Screening: Screening resumes and candidate applications to assess their alignment with essential job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Conducting interviews through various mediums, including telephone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
• Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into the organization, ensuring they receive necessary orientation and support.
• HR Strategy Development: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
And,
• Administrative Tasks: Creating/drafting official documents, developing training onboarding material, creating feedback forms, etc.
• Employee Relations: Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Planning Fun Stuff: Participating in organizing company events and day-to-day activities.
Qualifications:
• Degree in HR
• Min. 1 year of experience as HR Executive / Recruiter
• Amazing people skills. Well Organised. Empathetic with Positive attitude & Quick Learner.
• Good Communication skills
• Good Team Mate & Extrovert personality.
• Strong Observer & Attentive to Details
• Good Knowledge on working on Word & Excel
