• Manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as organizational change organization culture, retention and engagement
• Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to talent onboarding, retention, performance.
• benefits, and compliance and regulations. Identify and address the learning and development needs of the workforce.
• Developing, enhancing, and implementing HR policies on working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, etc.
• Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to aid managers and employees
