We are looking for a Talent acquisition executive at Prompt Equipments PVT LTD • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Utilize multiple channels and resources to actively source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to expand the talent pool. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Requirement • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting diverse talent for technical roles, including IT Engineers, Sales Executives, Service Engineers, Support Engineers. • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including applicant tracking systems and candidate assessment methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment
