JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced " HR Executive" who will take ownership of all HR matters across the company, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage and salary reviews, disciplinary action, employee grievances, learning and development, and designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy workplace.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assess training needs, apply them, and monitor training programs.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Requirements and skills:
- Master’s Degree (HR) or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the HR field (IT Field).
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
