Responsibility:
Recruitment :
Job posting, shortlisting,interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Onboarding and training : Issuances of offer letter,Induction, statutory forms non-disclosure agreement
· Create and Evaluate employee performance and self evaluation as per performance management system policy and timeline
· Administration of pay and benefits: Planning and structuring Compensation and benefits
Prepare monthly salary record of the staffs. Oversee Attendance Records, Leave, and Leave Encashment of all employee
Liaison between employees and employers
· To complete Exit formalities
Qualification & Experience
Person should have pleasing personality
Should have Bachelors degree from reputed university in regular course
One year experience as HR generalist will be desirable
Fluency in English
Female candidates are encouraged to apply
Preference will be given to persons from in and around Bhiwadi
Degree in HR desirable.
