Creating Vacancy, positions on organizational unit.
Controlling promotions transfers through transaction Code PA40.
Processing Payrolls
Generate Salary Slip from SAP System.
Mapping of TDS Challan.
Maintain of Loan Register and Deduction.
Taking care of performance appraisal (SAP). S
Compensation Management
Prepare Salary Structure for New Joinees
Calculate Increment, Arrears and Bonus
Monthly processing Payroll of 350+ employees on Web-based Payroll Software
Leave record Management in HRIS
Maintain Loan master in HRIS Software
Generate various Salary related MIS Disburse Salary in Employees' Account through Online Banking
Statutory Compliance Management
Prepare monthly MIS of PF, ESIC and P-Tax
Filing Monthly returns of PF ESIC
Online Payment of PF ESIC
Prepare monthly PT Challan
Acquire Workmen Compensation Policy, Personal Accident, Group Personal Accident
Maintain Different Register Under Contract Labour Act Factory Act.
Contract Labour Management
Dealing with Contractors and Updating of Contractor's documents regularly.
Contract labour bills clearance.
Contract Labour: Agreement, Timely renewal of contract license, check contract registers i. e Form-13 Form - 12, issue certificate, PF register related to contractor, daily report of the Man-Power of the contractor.
Contract Worker Salary as per present minimum wage criteria.
