Requirements
= > 5+ years Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive or HR & Admin Executive, Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
= > Knowledge of HR systems and MIS
= > Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
= > Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
= > In-depth knowledge of HR best practices as well excellent hands on Ms Office Tools.
= > Degree in Human Resources or related field
