Job Description
• Adhere to HR statutory requirement for example labour law
• Maintain the HR employee database
• Manage the timesheet of the team
• Make the team adhere to company policies and amend based on the need
• Address employees queries and grievances
• Able to handle Recruitment on his own.
• Self-learner and independently able to deliver results.
• Regular update of status to Management
• On boarding and off boarding responsibilities
• Able to manage all Admin tasks for the organization.
• Able to plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Help in appraisal of Employees
• Go about as an expert to administrators and staff in regards to arrangements needed
• Prepare for training and orientation if needed
• Counsel employees and address the concern of employees
• Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
• Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Able to lead the team for recruitment and have knowledge of recruitment process and tools needed for same.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an HR and admin Operations
• Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
• MBA /BBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
