Roles & Responsibilities for You
• Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules
• Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents
• Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
• Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course
• Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.
• Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses
• This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions
CITA Expectation from You as a HR Counsellor/ HR Recruiter, If you Join US
• You Should be good in Convincing Students and Family so they Take Admission and Happy with Fee Structure
• Should be Sharp and Active in taking Follows up on Calls and Mails
• For this Job we need very Very Good Spoken English
• if experience is in ( Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter ) It will be a added advantage
• Age 20- 48 Years ( Male or a Female) Should be Open with Calling Profile
• Preference candidate If you are from Delhi Only ( No Out Station Candidate)
• Office Timings - 10 Am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday Off
Salary Starts from 18,000 Rs to 28,000 Rs in Hand Fixed or Negotiable for a Right Candidate ( If you are Shortlisted there will be a 15 days OJT with CITA and Salary in Training would be different for 1st Month)
