Job Description
Role: HR Executive and Recruiter
Experience: 2-4 Years
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through multiple channels to generate a pipeline of the best.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Screen Applications and conduct telephone interviews.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Documentation of the new joiners.
Required Skills
• Good understanding and experience on end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
• Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Understand IT job requirements and skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
Ready to work from office.
