Job Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring in Non-IT domains such as BPO, Sales,
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in drives.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
• Organize and execute mass recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (Non-IT).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in BPO or high-volume hiring is a plus.
