Job role:
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy Human Resources Executive to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and ensure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 1 LPA- 3 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year experience
Preferred Requirement: MBA in HR
Responsibilities:
• Creating an environment of open communication.
• Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
• Helping make the payroll of the company.
• Organizing important events of the organization.
• Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
• Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
• Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
• Counseling employees who are stressed.
• Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
• Introducing employee wellness programs.
• Creating company policies based on best practices.
• Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.
Requirements:
• Hands-on tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, CRM, etc
• Hands on social networks like LinkedIn, Instagram
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
