Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 0–1 year of experience in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+:2016, and EHS requirements. Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination across departments, supporting hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities (job postings, screening, interviews, joining formalities)
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
• Support internal audits and documentation related to ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+:2016, and EHS
• Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure timely attendance, leave, and payroll data submission to the relevant teams
• Prepare and circulate HR reports and plant activity summaries
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR-related queries and concerns

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
