Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 0–1 year of experience in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+:2016, and EHS requirements. Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination across departments, supporting hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities (job postings, screening, interviews, joining formalities)
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
Support internal audits and documentation related to ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+:2016, and EHS
Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities
Ensure timely attendance, leave, and payroll data submission to the relevant teams
Prepare and circulate HR reports and plant activity summaries
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR-related queries and concerns

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
