Role and Responsibilities :
The Candidate would be responsible to ensure effective management of all hr related activities .
Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees .
Align with businesses to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines
Document preparation
Excellent organizational and management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,223.00 per month
