Job Description: HR Executive

Experience – 2 to 3 years (preferably from healthcare or hospital background)

Qualification: Any graduate

Salary: 20000 to 30000 (depending on the experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Prepare the job descriptions, post jobs on various job boards, and hire the right talent for various job openings.

· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing (telephonic, virtual, face-to-face), performing background verification, handling offer letter generation and candidate rejection.

· General administration & Grievance handling

· Responsible for ensuring Employee Engagement

· Taking the initiative to build a positive work culture.

· Responsible for maintaining all employee records

. Employee onboarding and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
