Role: HR Executive
Experience:
0–1 Year (Freshers with strong potential encouraged)
Type:
Full-time | On-site
Location Requirement:
Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR operations
Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, and team-building sessions
Handle day-to-day HR documentation and employee queries
Collaborate on internal communication and employer branding content
Be a visible part of team initiatives – including photo/video content when needed!
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Confident, outgoing personality – socially active and not camera shy
Strong organizational and team management instincts
Passion for people, culture, and building great workplace experiences
Willingness to take initiative and work closely with leadership
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Delhi-based candidates only (must be able to work from office)
