JDKey involved in implementing employee listening strategy through surveys, focus groups, and data correlation to assist with the execution of employee surveys, analyze results, prepare insightful presentations, and run actionable with the business.2.
Knowledgeable about current and upcoming trends in employee experience platforms and tools that can help elevate the employee experience3. Employee Engagement and Employee Relations would be added advantages.4.
Build relationships across the organization and work with cross-functional stakeholders (HRBP, Delivery, IT, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and functional stakeholders) to understand lowlights and help drive solutions across the business.5.
Coordinate and help various cross-functional teams in organizing various events or any planned initiatives.6. Someone who can drive closure to the actionable.7. Connecting with the Employees to get the pulse and drive the actions for the closure8. Looking After the complete employee Life Cycle Management/Engagement Starting from Induction to Exit of the employees+. Connecting and providing solutions to the employees virtually as well as in person. Also have built up an engagement framework to connect with the employees
