Job Description
Conduct internal trainings (warehouse SOPs, driver orientation, safety)
Track employee attendance trends, absenteeism, and engagement
Conduct satisfaction surveys, grievance redressal, and suggestion mechanisms
Plan employee events, appreciation programs, and communication drives
Support KPI/performance appraisal coordination
Maintain HR dashboards and reporting for management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
