We are looking hiring Female Human Resource Executive in Udaipur with basic understanding about hiring to exit procedure of employee in the organization.
One of our client which is fast growing tech company working with their client and product based solutions.
Role: HR Executive – Female Jobs in Udaipur
Department: Human Resource(HR)
Salary: 12000 – 18000 / month
Location: Udaipur Rajasthan nearby jobs
Employment type: Full-time
Working hours: +AM – 6PM – Monday to Friday
What we expect from the role HR Executive in Udaipur:
• Firstly, Provide proper assistance to employees whenever needed.
• Exposure to the industry with guidance from experts in the field.
• Maintaining proper documentation in both electronic and paper form.
• Opportunity to learn on the job with scope for growth.
• Handle end to end recruitment, understand the staffing needs and make strategies as per that.
Basic needs to hire HR Executive in Udaipur:
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Should be familiar with Employee Engagement and Employee Relation activities.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
• BBA in Human Resource/MA(HRD) is plus point.
• Additional HR training will be a plus.
Responsibilities as Jobs for female in Udaipur:
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Payroll Handling.
• Will have to perform complete exit formalities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
