Initially 80% time and focus shall be on Talent Acquisition and 20% on other HR activities2. Understand various job roles and profiles in Hospitality Industry3. Create s and Specifications keep Job Fit and Culture Fit a priority and4. Identifying sources of Recruitment5. Developing communication to attract talent6. Post vacancies on various platforms, referrals and IJPs7. Select the right candidate through various interview rounds.8. Offer candidates+. Shall be responsible for Onboarding and Orientation of the new joinees.10.
