Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate employee development activities.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, keeping up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the interior design or architecture industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
