Roles And Responsibilites
Knowledge about the recruitment cycle, creating job descriptions, posting job on relevant platforms & on social media to reach the suitable candidate and complete the hiring process.
Handle on-boarding process & related administrative tasks such as documentation, physical file creation, ID card, joining letter, induction and desk allocation.
Other admin support such as Gate pass creation, ID card generation
Make the data entry in human resources information management systems (HRIMS).
Assist in grievances related to employee absence, misbehaviour, discipline at work and other employee-relations matters.
Assist payroll team for attendance & leave inputs for timely salary disbursement. Should have a knowledge of leave calculation, attendance management, types of leaves & its eligibility. Resolve the related issues or escalate them to the appropriate authority.
Knowledge about the different types of letters to be issued to employee.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, LWF, Maternity, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Knowledge about full & final settlement process with respect to guiding employee to complete the formalities, conduct exit interviews, assist in different clearance, assisting payroll team with leave & attendance, recoveries, issuing relieving letter. Guiding employee related to PF & other statutory dues.
Assist in employee engagement activities, performance management appraisal process
