Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Taking care of employee life cycle from Joining to Exit (Rolling out of Offer Letter, Onboarding activities, Documentation, Form filling, Induction, probation confirmation, employee engagement, exit formalities, and other related activities)
New joinee Induction & Orientation (detailing company policies, procedures, and culture and introducing to various teams/departments)
Preparing and maintaining various HR Reports, Tackers, and Database as per the timelines
Efficient is employee query/ grievance handling
Should be good at a follow-up to get the things done
Participation in all HR initiatives
Ready/ willing to take up urgent assignment, if need be
Knowledge and working experience in Saral Pay Pack are preferred
Managing employee files and records in the HR database.
Handling and managing employment-related inquiries and issues.
Assisting with budget monitoring and payroll.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a reputed Hospitality
Candidate must possess management degree/ diploma in Human Resources from a reputed institute
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language
Good in Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint
Strong willingness to learn & develop within HR function
Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
People oriented
Good team player
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Persuasive & Creative
Good learning & Execution skills
