Job Description
1. Recruit staff - Developing Job Descriptions and person specifications in consultation with unit GM, preparing job advertisiments, posting the job vacancies in job portals, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the candidates.
2. Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters etc.
3. Monitoring employee movements, attendance, maintaining leave records.
4. Monitoring staff cafeteria, preparing cafeteria menu, ensuring that the staff food is good all the time.
5. Monitoring staff lockers, employee accommodation and ensure that cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in these areas all the time.
6. Preparing monthly salary, forwarding the payroll reports to Corporate HR for further approvals and payments as per company policy.
7. Handling ESI, PF and complying with all other statutory provisions pertaining to hotel industry. Coordinating with external consultant on statutory matters.
8. Ensure that the employees are disciplined. Initiating disciplinary actions wherever necessary.
+. Ensure that the employees are well groomed and presentable at all the time.
10. Create a positive environment in the workplace by conducting staff welfare activities and employee engagement. Conduct monthly staff meeting (Town Hall Meeting)
11.Maintain healthy relationship with all staff and managers.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
